These terms apply when you access or use the My Prop Pilot website and platform.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure and use the platform only for lawful property-management activities. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of records uploaded by your organisation.
Authorised access
Organisation owners and administrators control invitations and permissions. Users must not access, disclose or alter information outside the authority granted to them.
Availability
The service may change as features are improved. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed, particularly during maintenance or third-party outages.
Professional responsibility
My Prop Pilot supports administration and does not replace legal, financial, safety or property compliance advice. Users remain responsible for checking deadlines, records and decisions.
