Account details, organisation membership, property records, tenancy information, maintenance reports, compliance records, documents, communications and billing-related references may be processed when you use the service.

Information is used to provide and secure the platform, support collaboration between authorised users, send service emails, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot problems and improve the product.
Service providers
My Prop Pilot uses specialist providers for hosting, database and authentication services, email delivery, payments and optional AI-assisted features. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its role.
Retention and security
Information is retained while an account or legal requirement remains active. Access controls, encrypted transport and role-based permissions are used to protect records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
