Account deletion
You can request deletion of your My Prop Pilot account and associated personal information.
How to request deletion
Email info@myproppilot.co.uk from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “My Prop Pilot account deletion” and name the organisation you belong to.
What happens next
Your identity and authority may need to be verified. Personal account information will be removed or anonymised where possible. Some property, financial, compliance or audit records may be retained when the organisation or law requires it.
Organisation data
Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete an organisation or records owned by that organisation. Organisation owners can separately request closure and deletion where permitted.
